Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Surfish, email: surfish@surfish.eu by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, although it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

• that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery. (This applies, for example, to Surfish ponchos that have already been used.)
